These terms cover your use of this website, operated by Auto Brokers of Colorado. They do not govern the purchase or sale of any vehicle. Any vehicle transaction is covered by a separate written agreement that sets out price, fees, timing and responsibilities before you commit.
Vehicle listings
Inventory changes. A vehicle shown on this site may already be pending, sold or withdrawn by the time you see it, and listing details may be updated as we learn more about a vehicle.
Listing information, including descriptions, specifications, mileage, photos, condition notes and history, is provided in good faith based on what we know at the time. It is not a guarantee. Before you buy, confirm the details that matter to you with us directly and, where appropriate, through an independent inspection and a vehicle history report. Ratings such as towing capacity depend on the exact configuration of a vehicle and should be verified for that specific vehicle.
Prices and fees
Any price shown on a listing is for information and may change. Fees, taxes, registration costs and the final terms of any transaction are confirmed with you in writing before you commit.
No financing on this site
This website does not offer, arrange or apply for financing, and nothing on it is an offer of credit.
Forms and submissions
When you submit a form (for example, a vehicle inquiry, an appointment request, a request to find a vehicle or a sell submission), you agree that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that we may contact you about your request. Submitting a form does not create a binding agreement to buy, sell or broker a vehicle. How we handle that information is described in our privacy notice.
Photo uploads
If you upload photos with a sell submission, you confirm that you took them or have the right to share them, and that they show the vehicle you are describing. You allow us to use them to evaluate your vehicle and, if you go on to sell through us and agree to it, to help present the vehicle to buyers. Please do not upload images that show people, license plates you do not want shared, or personal documents.
Saved vehicles and preferences
Saved vehicles, comparisons, saved searches, form drafts and your motion preference are stored in your own browser. They are not an account, they are not sent to us unless you submit a form, and they may be lost if you clear your browser data or use a different device. Saving a vehicle does not reserve or hold it.
Concierge recommendations
The vehicle recommendations on our find a vehicle page are general guidance based on the answers you give. They are a starting point for a conversation, not professional advice about a specific vehicle.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the site: no automated scraping of listings, no attempts to interfere with its security or operation, no false or misleading submissions, and no use of the forms to send spam.
Intellectual property
The Auto Brokers of Colorado name, logo, site design, text and original photography are owned by or licensed to us. You may view and share links to pages for personal use. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without written permission. Vehicle manufacturers' names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to describe vehicles.
Links to other sites
Where we link to other websites, such as a government agency, we do so for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
